Reviews
Sushi was really yummy and the service was excellent. Love the ginger dressing and the rolls were filled with fresh fish which was great! Love the setting and the big table in the middle. Just wish I couldve seen the sushi chef doing his work.
Exceptional service with a friendly and informative server. Adequate portion sizes for the price, and the food is delicious. We were also offered a complementary cake piece at the end.
Absolutely delighted with our dining experience at this sushi restaurant! The Spicy Tuna Roll was a highlight, offering a perfect balance of heat and flavor, enveloped in impeccably fresh tuna. Equally impressive was the California Roll, where the freshness of the crab and avocado shone through, complemented by a subtle hint of sesame. The Shrimp Dumplings were a revelation - plump, juicy, and savory. However, the unexpected star of the evening was the complimentary Orange Cake. Light, zesty, and beautifully presented, it provided a refreshing and delightful end to an exquisite culinary journey. A must-visit for any sushi lover!
I must say, having explored various sushi spots and experiencing omakase in Atlanta, this particular restaurant truly stands out in terms of the exceptional quality of their omakase and sushi selections. The owner, Jackie, and the staff deserve a special mention for their amazing hospitality and service.
Chef Pov, in particular, left a lasting impression with his kindness and friendly demeanor. He went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had a memorable dining experience. We were delighted to follow his recommendations, and we even had the opportunity to try his signature creation, the Chef Pov roll, which was an absolute delight for our taste buds.
With no hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend this place with a solid 10/10 rating. The combination of outstanding food, warm hospitality from Jackie and the staff, and the overall dining experience make it a must-visit destination for sushi enthusiasts in Atlanta.
This place was great! We came without a reservation & were seated pretty quickly at the sushi bar. Seating was comfy, service was pretty quick & the food was tasty! Lots of free parking. Will definitely be back!
This restaurant is my favorite sushi place. It's actually a place that got me into sushi. I would always try sushi when at Japanese restaurants and I would always spit it out because I thought it was disgusting and then I found this place completely by accident. I have came here maybe every week since then , I absolutely love it. The service is suburb, the food is amazing I always try something new everytime but I always order the Nuevo roll because it's too good not to eat. I've recommended this place to friends and definitely recommend it to you the person reading this. Try it trust me!!
I was so excited to try this place for Valentines Day after seeing the reviews, however was extremely disappointed in the quality. The fish smelt way too fishy and the rolls tasted so gross. The rice in the rolls was either old or not cooked all the way. This is probably some of the worst sushi i ever had. Took one bite of the rainbow roll and spit it out. We had the roll with caviar and the caviar was so crunchy and nasty. Also got the shrimp and beef gyoza which was soggy and tasted too much like the cabbage in it.
Would not go back
We came in on a Friday a night for the first time. The rolls were fresh and okay, however for what you get and compared to other places around the area they’re overpriced. We ordered the rocking shrimp appetizer and got like 7 fried mediocre shrimp for $17. The environment is also nice!
